Refund & Cancellation Policy for FlyingAid

No Refund Policy
Please note that Flyingaid does not offer refunds for any reason. All fees paid are final, and no refunds will be issued, even if your visa application is denied by the embassy or immigration authorities.

Chargeback Policy
Flyingaid strictly opposes chargebacks. Any client attempting to dispute a legitimate transaction will be permanently blocked from all our services. We will also take action to ensure any chargeback request is denied.

No Liability for Third-Party Delays
Flyingaid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or authorities. We do not offer refunds for payments made to external authorities or organizations.

Service Charges
The fees charged by Flyingaid are independent of market rates and are based on our internal standards. By signing up for our services, you agree to these fees. Complaints about fees after service confirmation will not be accepted, as they are clearly outlined in our terms.

Non-Communication Clause
If there is no communication from the client for one month, the service will be considered delivered, even if the client has provided partial information or leaves the process.

Document Submission Deadline
Clients must provide all necessary documents, forms, and information within 30 days of signing up. Failure to do so will result in no refund of advisory or consultancy fees.

Client Communication Responsibility
Clients must inform Flyingaid of any communications from embassies or other related bodies within seven days of receiving them to ensure smooth processing.

Interview Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending all required interviews at the specified locations at their own expense. Timely compliance is critical for the successful completion of the visa process.

No Refund for Abandonment
If a client decides to abandon their request or opt-out at any stage after signing up, no refund or transfer of fees will be issued.

Document Responsibility
Clients must provide all essential documents, including English translations or notarized copy of docs, in the specified format. The cost of translations or notarized is the client’s responsibility. Flyingaid is not responsible for any errors in documents provided by the client.

Client Accountability for Documents
Submitting documents to the embassy or relevant authority is the client’s responsibility. Clients must ensure all documents are accurate and complete. Flyingaid is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete documents.

Service Termination
Flyingaid reserves the right to terminate services without refund under the following conditions:

  • Clients fail to submit necessary documents within one month of registration.
  • Clients attempt to damage the company’s reputation in any way.
  • Clients do not respond to our communications for more than one month.

Private Company Disclaimer
Flyingaid is a private company and is not affiliated with any government or embassy. We provide guidance and advice but do not have the authority to grant visas.

Final Decision by Authorities
The final decision on visa applications rests with the respective government authorities. Our relationship with clients is built on trust and transparency, and our terms are clear and straightforward.
